From 1st March 2022, ACE Logistics Estonia is going to be managed by a new managing director – Katrin Tiidrus. The current managing director Andres Matkur will continue from now on as the managing director of ACE Logistics Group.
Katrin Tiidrus has worked in ACE Logistics Group on various positions for more than 20 years. Katrin has been mainly responsible for road transportation services in Estonia, but in recent years she has also been involved in managing the road transportation of ACE’s Baltic branches. Katrin Tiidrus comments on the new challenges as follows: “In the field of logistics, very big changes have taken place during all these years, the work of a transport manager is now in big scale automated, but development and improvement ideas are still constantly emerging. The current situation is very volatile, and it is too early to say what the impact of sanctions and the wider migration of people will have on the transport sector.”
Andres Matkur joined the ACE Logistics Group in 1997 and has been the managing director of both ACE Logistics Estonia and ACE Logistics Group parallelly for a long period of time. According to Andres Matkur, this change is primarily necessary to ensure the quality and sustainability of ACE Group’s corporate management. “Throughout those many years, Katrin has proven herself to be a very good and effective leader. She has extensive support inside the company. I wish Katrin success in her new tasks! ” complements Matkur.
