Starting from 3rd of September, the new Managing Director (MD) of ACE Logistics Lithuania will be Juana Kudarauskienė. The current MD Ignas Puluikis will resign from his duties, after leading the company for more than 20 years.
Ignas Puluikis started his logistics career in early 1993, working simultaneously as a courier, warehouse worker and customs declarant all-in-one. After learning the basic skills, he got accustomed to office work at ASG Lithuania, where he became department manager. This went on until one day in 2001, when he came to the idea that “it’s time to become a director”. A few days later, he saw ACE Logistics advertisement in a business newspaper.
Ignas believes that people are of highest value in our lives. When he started in ACE, there were only 6 people, but now the number is almost 60. He also feels lucky and grateful that some colleagues, who he met when starting at ACE, are still with ACE after all these years.
Ignas adds: “I believe that this change of management will bring new boost to company development and growth. I trust that company is handed over to good and reliable hands of Juana Kudarauskienė and I wish for Juana and the team to be united in achieving their goals.”
Juana Kudarauskienė has a strong background in logistics and transportation management, having successfully led key operations across the Baltic region and Finland. Before joining ACE, Juana served as the Head of Transportation Baltics and Finland at PHH Group. She was instrumental in enhancing logistics processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences and implementing performance management strategies to maintain high service standards.
Prior to PHH Group, she held the position of Road Freight Director at Itella Lithuania, where she managed and optimized operational processes, led successful tenders for shipping services, and maintained key account relationships by offering tailored solutions to fulfill business needs.
On the challenges ahead, Juana remarks: “The logistics industry is facing challenges, but I see this as a crucial time to adapt and innovate. My focus will be on navigating these challenges with resilience, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, collaborative team culture. By staying agile and working together, I am confident that ACE Logistics Lithuania will continue to deliver exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders.”
On behalf of ACE Group management and shareholders, very special thankful words go to Ignas for all his achievements over these years. Through more than two decades of co-operation, Ignas has proved as highly motivated manager and very good team player with a high sense of social skills. We all have had a privilege to work together with such a good person and colleague in all means.
ACE team wishes best of luck to Juana in her new duties!
