Due to recent changes in ferry traffic between Estonia and Sweden, there will be some changes to ACE Logistics’ departure schedule, currently affecting only Thursday departures to Sweden. Starting from February, the Paldiski-Kapellskär route will no longer have a Thursday evening departure. This means that on even-numbered weeks, the linetrucks will travel via Tallinn-Stockholm ferry, but on odd-numbered weeks, the only route to Sweden is via Finland. Speed shipments to Norway and Denmark will also be affected, as the goods will be forwarded there via Sweden.
For customers in Tallinn and Harjumaa area, please be advised:
During odd-numbered weeks, on Thursdays (next dates 13.02; 27.02): we expect aceSpeed orders latest by 10:00 and goods need to be ready before 11:00. aceFlex shipments or shipments that will be ready after 11:00, will be generally forwarded on Friday.
During even-numbered weeks, on Thursdays (next dates 20.02; 06.03): we expect aceSpeed orders latest by 12:00 and goods need to be ready before 14:00. aceFlex shipments or shipments that will be ready after 14:00, will be generally forwarded on Friday.
For customers in other Estonian counties (excl. islands), please note:
During odd-numbered weeks, on Thursdays (next dates 13.02; 27.02): we will not offer same-day departure. There will be possibilities for special deliveries, goods can also be brought to ACE terminal, latest by 12:00. The pick-up for shipments will not be affected, but they will be generally forwarded on Friday.
During even-numbered weeks, on Thursdays (next dates 20.02; 6.03): we expect orders latest by 10:00 and goods need to be ready before 11:00. aceFlex shipments or shipments that will be ready after 12:00, will be generally forwarded on Friday.
Because of these changes, there may also be delays for import shipments. We are currently working on alternative solutions and we will inform you accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Despite these slight changes, we can assure that with ACE Logistics it’s possible to send goods to Sweden, Norway and Denmark on every workday. With local terminals, we can provide quick and reliable delivery for groupage shipments (boxes,. pallets) across Scandinavia.
