
At the start of this year, we sent out an annual customer satisfaction survey to our top customers. This time we received a new record number of responses, and we are glad to share that, similarly to last year, the results indicate high rankings across the board.
We asked customers to give feedback on the scale of 1 to 10, by answering questions that highlight different aspects of ACE Logistics’ services and general satisfaction with said services.
The general satisfaction index on a 10-point scale was 9,14 and recommendation index was 80%. Customers have highly ranked ACE’s reputation in the Estonian transport market (9,29). Majority of respondents would recommend ACE as partner to their friends and contacts (9,31) and most likely will continue to use ACE’s services (9,43). And once again, our quick and helpful couriers have received widespread acclaim (9,44).
We were also pleased to see that our customers remain satisfied with our e-ace environment, with room for improvements. Thank you all for your suggestions and comments! We’ve received both info and feedback about what to consider regarding future developments, in order to improve use of comfort for customers.
All your suggestions and ideas for improvement are more than welcome! Everyone, who wished to know more about our services and marked their contact details, will be contacted by our customer service representatives very soon.
Our focus this year will be on the topic of ESG, which is why we asked our customers to respond to a question about it. The results show that 10% of respondent companies have created a clear ESG strategy, while 25% of respondents find the topic important, but yet lack a clear strategy for it. This reflects a wider trend, where the awareness of ESG principles continues to grow, but most companies are still in the process of practicing these principles.
For us, ESG will continue to be an important topic and will receive active developments. This year, we will take a closer look into the ESG interest and needs of our stakeholder groups. All companies, who shared their ESG contacts in our survey, will be contacted in the future with an additional survey, in order to better understand and plan our future activities.
